Headed over to Western Australia today for a photo shoot of Cottesloe Golf Club. This private members golf club is a bit of a quiet gem with not many people knowing much about it. The club likes to remain private but it is a great golf course that provides a nice variety of golf holes to get you thinking. Plenty of photo opportunities also.

Had great weather for the duration of my time over there which helps me a lot. In fact this was one of the first shoots I have done where I lugged over my calibrated monitor and edited images whilst in WA. Makes a big difference if I can do this whilst on a shoot rather than waiting to come back to Melbourne. The amount of post production time after a photo shoot is huge - everything from culling images which don't make the grade, getting the color right, removing rakes in bunkers etc. Being able to do this on site is a lot easier thank waiting until I am back home.
